Join me for a Laughter Wellness session on Sunday, July 1 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Cali Commons (518 N 40th St
Laughter Wellness is a great way to get a D.O.S.E. of dopamine, oxytocin, seratonin, and endorphins, which will leave you feeling great! We'll do a series of simple exercises (clapping, breathing, affirmations, and laughter), followed by a laughter meditation. The session itself lasts about 45 minutes, which leaves a little time at the end for you to chat with your fellow participants if you'd like.
No experience or special attire required. Your first session is free! (After that, a $5-$10 donation is appreciated but not required.)
