I hope you can join me for a Laughter Wellness session on Sunday, August 5th at 2:00 p.m. at Cali Commons (518 N 40th St)!
In this session, we'll do a series of simple exercises (clapping, breathing, affirmations, and laughter), followed by a laughter meditation. The session lasts about 45 minutes, and will leave you feeling great, thanks to the D.O.S.E. of dopamine, oxytocin, seratonin, and endorphins that we'll generate through laughter!
No experience or special attire required. Your first session is free! (After that, a $5-$10 donation is appreciated but not required.)
