How did the laughter session help you?It is amazing what 25-30min of laughter and deep breathing can do for the mind and body. I always leave the session feeling happier, with more energy, and more connected to the world. It was especially fun to practice with my daughter today. Intentional (and spontaneous) laughter with family is really special. I also really appreciate the loving-kindness breathing exercises. Thank you, Molly!
