Brian Joseph Tait’s work is all by-products of the prevalent punk attitude and the observations he’s made of the world around him. He collected fast food bags from trash cans and random people’s cars, and waste wood from the streets to create the assailants. Tait is interested in the guilt/fear dynamic associated with fast food, what we eat, and the waste from it. In this show he’s created different versions of the assailant using varying forms and techniques.
You can see the show at the Opening Reception Friday, May 1st from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Cali Commons.
