Sunday, May 2nd is World Laughter Day
Let's celebrate together with a special Laughter Session over Facebook Live. In this Laughter Yoga session, we'll choose to laugh - not because anything is particularly funny - but just because we can. We'll accomplish this through a series of simple exercises (clapping, breathing, affirmations, and laughter) that will leave you feeling great, thanks to the D.O.S.E. of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins we generate!
No experience, special clothing, or equipment necessary. All exercises are designed to be done sitting in a chair, but can be easily modified for whatever position works best for you. The session will begin at 2:00 central time on Sunday, May 2nd
and last about 30 minutes.
