What if time was more personal?  What if we had a new digital calendar that let us abstract our own time but easily convert it to other peoples time scales.
 

Each day you get wake up call at correct time

You could also augment time so that you could operate around things like light cycles.

 

Waking time (sunrise) 7:23am (wake-up becomes 6am)

Wind down (sunset) 8:45pm (wind-down becomes 6pm)

Big meal (mid point) 2:04pm (mid-point becomes noon)

 

You choose your working cycle and work week length.
